Ha - gotcha! That doesn't happen often!

(The clue is in the last sentence, Garry - sorry

)
Dan - the 747 is AI Aardvark with a texture I found on Avsim. They are all working as AI and I have done a Peter McLeland project. They are flightplanned to fly from MAN to HKG every Monday via BAH and CCU and fly back on Thursday without any further input from me. None of them are 'user' aircraft and I track them using MS Traffic Explorer like Peter does. I know what time they are expected at an airport so I set the time a bit ahead and wait for them to appear. Peter is a real diamond with his advice!

I know the trick Ian, an as it happens I have the exact same liveries in my "stock" painted by Christian Page... great paints. But my AI are all RetroAI, no "fictives" here ;-)
Btw. There IS a BOAC livery for the Posky 747-100v4 available at avsim as well, migth give it a try one day.... not that they have just updated their FDE's ... :think:

:doho:
It is though quite feasable that had it happen at that time it could well have been unknown outside the circle and London
In those days what we found out was only what was reported in the monthly mags and the odd TV mention
I am only finding out about things now, like two years agao I had never heard of BEA Malta and was un aware that 3 V.806 Viscounts wore the FJ livery because they wer based in Germany.
So it is possible that it could have been real and me not know anything about it
On the other hand mybe I am sufferring from svere senior blonde syndrome

If it makes you feel any better, by the time I'd finished putting it together, I believed it myself
