The Lightning Lives...nearly

Hi gents
for those interested, tonight i was at the training night for my Fire station, we had to go onto RAF Waddington for a visit, we went to 5sqn,
not only did i find out that the 5th ASTOR has arrived, but....
there was a lightning, in several pieces sad on jigs in the main hangar.
it is XR770 AA wearing 5sqn markings, (red tail) apparently it was sat in a field near Grimsby, they aquired it some how, and are starting to restore it and it will become the gate gaurd outside the sqn,
i will try to get some pictures as work progresses if any one is interested.
