Fran.. what happened on your last flight please?

Hi Fran
Your last flight has been marked as cheated and as such, the airline has lost 3% off it's reputation. Can you let me know what happened so that it can be sorted??

Hi Dave,
the flight was regular, no problems, no rings at all, take off and landing was perfect, no over speed below 10.000, no lights above......
I have no ideas, the flight entire was perfect. The last report, after "end flight", give me a regular "money account"....
I don't know where is the problem... :-(

Hi Fran
I couldn't see anything wrong with it either mate. Your fuel looked good, timing good.. I can't see why it's been flagged and marked as cheated. I take it you didn't hit the button on the bottom of the screen to flag it.. no, I can't see that as other screens come up

We'll see if an answer can be found and the flight restored ;-)
John/Joe/ChrisT..
Can you throw any light on this please??

No Prob Fran.. I've posted over at FSA too
Many of the current batch of flights marked as 'cheated' seem to have been caused by pilots parking on or near one of the FS 'auto' refuelling points but I can't see this is the problem with your flight. You bought 5603kg and used 2653kg for the flight.. about there or thereabouts for that particular leg. The timings are right too so I honestly can't see what the issue is. Let's hope one of the DB boys can sort it asap.
Hang in there mate ;-)

Hi Fran
Right.. the figures as published for that flight appear to be AFTER the database admins had adjusted them. The likely scenario is that you went over or stopped by an auto refuelling point at Manchester. TBH.. I've been in and out of there more times than I can remember (today in fact!) and have never seen one but for the sake of any argument.. can you trace your path after landing at MAN to see if you actually DID go near an auto refuelling point.
These things.. rightly or wrongly are causing havoc with the client and are to be avoided at all cost.

Dave, one quick question - are you (or Fran) using addon scenery for Manchester? I'm using the UK2000 addon scenery and I'm pretty sure the AFCAD with it removes the default fueling point, but don't quote me as I'm not near the computer on which it's installed nor have I looked at the AFCAD itself to see if that fueling point still exists but simply as a point and not as the actual default structure.
The reason I say this is that on several occasions people have reported not taxiing over or parking next to refuel points only to discover that their addon scenery had merely "hidden" the structure and not removed it, thus causing the issue.

Hi Dave,
I hope understand what you need, this is the path, after RWY 24 landing
but watch this shot, it's an FSNAV view, this is the first time i see EGCC by fsnav.... is it normal?
and again, it's the first RWY 24 landing and taxi path. Other flights was RWY 6 landed.
I hope it helps you... ;-)
Ciao!
edit: I have DM EGCC Scenery. So, Chris, maybe we are near the solution....

Hi again Dave,
I'm following the story in FSA forum ...
I'm glad to see VA reputation is 120 again. ;-)
The autorefueling problem is really a novelty for me, so I had a jump to Inverness and I have found a autorefueling station in the taxiway to RWI 23....my one eleven had a great :drinkers: .
Thank's for your patient with my "english"

Hi Fran
As I mentioned over at FSA.. I've removed all but the default scenery for EGCC on one of my pc's and found the autorefuelling point is perilously close to DM's taxiway off 24. I was of the impression that any scenery placed higher than another would take priority over the lower scenery and this.. by and large.. seems to be the case. However, the default autorefuel point (shown by the red square in FSNav) appears, in this case.. to remain active.
I really don't know how the team at FSA are going to get around this problem but until they do.. IF you suddenly see a leap in fuel (in the case of your EGPE-EGCC flight, it went to FULL!!) you MUST mark the flight for review and explain why in the box provided. I aim this at ALL pilots. Failure to do so will immediately flag at FSA.. the flight will lose all revenue.. be marked as cheated and the VA will take a hit on it's reputation. I appreciate this may be difficult.. especially when using addon scenery and no autorefuel point is obvious but for you as a pilot and us as a VA.. it's a no win situation. You know what you should have tanked so if you suddenly go to full.. flag the flight yourself and post here.
