Starting afresh

Post by VEGAS »

Hi all,

I had some serious issues with my machine last week and it took a few days to fathom out exactly the root of the problem which was time consuming and a bit of a nightmare in all honesty.

Anyway, hopefully thats a thing of the past now and have now begun adding all the software back on the HDD having wiped all the junk and restored it to almost brand spanking new status.

As I type I am reinstalling FSX and at some point either tonight or tommorrow intend to put the main add-on's back on which are GenX and Active Sky and Graphics.

Once thats done I then have a clean canvas ready for all the hundreds of add-on aircraft that we all love so much.

My question really is what are the sort of freeware/payware aircraft that come first on your list to put back on in a situation like this. What are the main aircraft you cannot do without?

I have numerous payware add-ons but always scan the usual places for any news additions to the freeware hangars.

I had some weird and wonderful aircraft on there last time and quite frankly the machine probably could of done with a spring clean anyway.

So whats the essential must haves in your opinion fellas? :)
