Revell Rotodyne

Post by Garry Russell »

Seems Revell are re-releasing their 1/78 scale Fairey Rotodyne, not seen since the 1960's

Certainly, I've never seen one

It has full interior

Hmm, do not remember a Revell one, but I did build the airfix one. What a shame we do not have a good one of these in MSFS.

That's great news! I've had a few of the Airfix versions, but the Revel ones have always been beyond my price range!

So this is just what the doctor ordered

KInd regards and thanks for the heads-up

I still have an unmade Airfix one from when they were re released in the nineties replacing one from that time that got broken :-(

When my daughter asked me what it was....as she thought it was funny looking, I told her it was a combi-plane as I thought that was easier for her to understand, being part aeroplane part helicopter.

She took great pleasure in showing her friends Dad's..........comedy...... plane :dunno:
