Calling all fitness freaks

Hi all,
I shall be participating in the Para 10 run this year and was wondering does anyone else fancy having a crack at it? Quite a few of the lads at work did it last year and, although tough, its a great day out. I know there are some budding atheletes on here and it would be good to meet folk and put faces to names. ;-)
Anyone else fancy it?
Details are here:

Hi Eddie, unfortunately this 50+ old git gets out of breath after just mowing the lawn so 'fraid not but sure DaveB being that bit younger has plenty of energy about him with all those starter motor changes he has done recently.
Regards
Nigel.

Hi Eddie,
Thanks for the HU..but a few comments if I may:
1: I seemed to have spent more time in Catterick than any man deserves and frankly I don't want to go back....
2: From Catterick to Aldershot( )...15 mile road runs with logs, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 0630....I still twitch..
3: I'm going to be flippant and say that the last running I did was to the QM's to hand in my kit, then to the Squadron Office for my discharge papers....
Seriously, you go for it guys....I'll be thinking of you
Now, where did I put my zimmer frame...
ATB,
Derek ;-)

Cheers Derek.
I was up there recently doing some FIBUA exercises. Prior to that I had'nt been there since 1998.
Amazing how young the trainee Infantry squaddies look now. Either that or I'm getting old.
