Called 'flood' and the demo is free for 30 days!
Anyway it gives quite a realistic effect I think

Hi Pete I think that the plug-in works as far back as 7.5? Do a search for 'Flood' by Flaming Pear.
As for posting over at the 'other place' no I haven't I gave-up 'modding' there nearly a year ago and since they allowed photographic elements in the 'edited' section I I haven't posted anything
