Complete flipping dumbarse....
Too fast, too high, floated. What in the world made that guy think he had a chance? Hope his license gets revoked for that, not just suspended. That was all sorts of basic wrong.
By the time he floated over the touchdown markers he should've been on the power going around for another try.

I have flown that approach many, many times in FSX in all types of weather, day and night, in all sorts of aircraft and that guy was just plain wrong in so many ways! As Chris said, the only safe option there was a 'go around'.

We have no knowledge at all of the circumstances. Had there been a double engine failure? Had there been a cabin fire or electrical fire? Had the commander become incapacitated ? There may have been all sorts of reasons why a go-around was not possible, and although there is little doubt that the approach was mismanaged, as with almost any other accident, without knowing the precise circumstances , the leaps to judgement set out above are unjustified

Until that fire truck came down to chase us off... and now you can see why!
