FSScreenshots...

Has vanished off the face of the Earth...So all my screenshot links to same are all dead and the only screenshots from me that will work are the ones direct from my Utah server. This is somewhat disenchanting and I'm not sure that I will bother to look for an alternative so long sequences are gone forever :-(

Of course, some people might cheer

That really is a pain in the arse. I had loads of pictures that was just waiting to be posted up...
It'l be a shame to see your long sequences gone, they were both informative and enjoyable to view. Quite a lot of payware companies have had sales due to your sequences :dancer:
I just hope you can find somewhere to post. I might look into how much it would cost to get some webspace. Bandwidth would not be a problem if the images were hosted elsewhere like imageshack?

Peter

Your screenshots and the commentary have always been enjoyable - a good way to pass a spare 5 minutes.

Thanks chaps...I do in fact host my own screenshots on a server in Utah...However, I normally use the FSScreenshots SOFTWARE to display them with the captions. I link from that software to the Utah server to call the pictures. Then I normally post a couple here with direct link to Utah and in my post here I give a link to my full post at FSScreenshots. So it is not exactly bandwidth that I need...It is a place with display software on a server that can get its pictures from my Utah server.

Anyway, Ben is going to try to work something out for me soon :)

Garry, I think that FSScreenshots has gone for good as even the Webmaster's email has gone as well...In all previous failures he could always be contacted, but not anymore :-(

So you haven't lost the pics as such, just the presentation which is a pity.

Well I hope you get something sorted because I enjoy your sets :)

Yes that is correct Garry...I have not lost a single picture but the presentation URLs of all my picture posts going back years, are now dead

Sorry to hear about your problem Peter.

I really enjoy your postings and follow up to the full sequences.

Hope that you can get it resolved in some way.
