If they announce your flight will be delayed for eight hours for mechanical reasons you could hope someone like Keith Lomax is on board.

Been there,done that and got no mention in t'news at the time....(well I woz in CDG at the time!)

A little more exposure for our profession don't hurt now and again.

(btw read the story again... eng weren't 'Keith Lomax')

Oops! :$ You are right. Keith Lomax was a passenger on the flight and not the engineer. Seems like the older I get, the slower I need to read to get the details right. :lol:
