Sabena - also in the works Glossy Hi Res/HD textures (as much as FS9 allows)

Alpha gloss looks so unatural because FS add most shine to the shadow and none to the highlight, completly opposite to real life.

That would look so much better without it. ;-)

No idea what you mean by HD textures.......what else to we ever do??

Don't worry the alpha layer will be subtle, i'm trying to get the base textures as close to photo realistic, without using photos as that can look at little naff, for example a grey solid grey line separating fuselage sections doesn't look that realistic so trying to improve the appearance of that.

I've noticed most of 1-11 are void of any emergency signs on doors or around the emergency exits, one the overwing exits is 'wonky' because of the texture mapping - that's been fixed. I've also added the emergency cut here points on the roof section and a few more details...

about 3 years ago I did a High Res paintkit (1024 x1024) and 2 or 3 liveries for the 1-11 with all the emergency exit markings and jetblast warnings etc.

no idea what happend to them though.

seem to remember they went down like a lead balloon when i released them so i never did any more.

Me too. I probably still have one of the paints here. I don't remember a 1024 PK being released.. just the Landor paint :think:
