Here is a slideshow of the shots I took on Sunday at the Hunter Pilots Reunion...

http://www.petermcleland.com/HunterReunion

The chaps sitting round the table (picture 11) are ex 208 Squadron and are from left to right Myself, Stu Grieve, Dinga Bell, Margaret Grieve, Mary Biddiscombe and Pete Biddiscombe.

As for the aeroplanes...Well you can have fun identifying them.

The slideshow is best viewed by clicking the above URL then when you get the first picture click F11 to go "Full Screen" and then click the ">" Play icon at bottom centre to start it going :flying:

LOL!...Btw...Dinger Bell did three seasons in the Red Arrows on Gnats, so he had a rather wistful look as those two Gnats performed :flying:

Great pics, Peter. I would have loved to sit around that table hearing you and your friends sharing stories of the good ol' days. :)

Brian,

There just were not enough hours in the day to get all the questions asked...We were all very happily rabbiting away about the good old times etc. It was rather strange at first as I wandered around looking for people that I knew would be there but I had not seen for 48 years :o But with recognition established we were soon bending ears  Stu Grieve had a very fancy looking camera and he has already sent me a DVD of a selection of his shots...They do put mine in the shade and I showed them to my dear wife and my daughter and son-in-law who were visiting yesterday...All of us were ooh-ing and aah-ing at his wonderful pictures :flying:

Yes, I enjoyed the whole day very much Jonesey and it was a lot of fun...I can hardly stop myself thinking about it. How about that exquisite Blackburn B2 !! I have to confess that I did not know about that aeroplane and today I have been reading a gift from my daughter called "Fighter Boys" by Patrick Bishop and blow me! it is mentioned as an RAF trainer between the wars... :flying:
