More Navy Hunters... but something different!
Okay, having done a variety pack of Hunter T8 FAA repaints, plus a pair of 764 NAS, I thought it'd be good to have something different. I'm really keen on:
1) the classic Hawker Hunter
2) classic Fleet Air Arm
3) the Pembrokeshire coast
... so 738 NAS at RNAS Brawdy seemed in order. Then I thought a Rough Diamonds formation display team pack would be great! Its two standard 738 NAS single seaters, the leader's mount with dayglo highlights, plus another T8 in dayglo. The Rough Diamonds flew in the '60s and are lesser known than the later Herons... but I prefer them!
Here are some WIP shots. My formation flying in the Hunter is rough round the edges, but if anyone would like to do some MP with me and recreate the team please get in touch...
Likewise, any comments or questions please let me know.

you know I have never tried it -- Its Manfred Jahrs Pembroke with an Updated fde by PaulE and a brand new panel by Lars Fors -- it looks quite natty in Fs9 but never thought to port it over -- the Pembroke and the Prince paints are over at the Pond.
If you try it give us a heads up so we can bill it that way

As requested by Bill Mackay I've now done another pair of 738 NAS single seaters, but this time for RNAS Lossiemouth (i.e. before they moved to RNAS Brawdy). They are available here:

Many thanks Tony! Believe it or not I have even more on the way, though they may take a while to surface.
I hope your knee/leg is better?
cheers
