The War is on hold !!

Does anybody know of any British Warships....20th century....preferably last quarter, that can be placed as scenery in FS9.
Not the
'almost static' AI types, as this is for a multiplayer 'war', so they have to be visable in multiplayer.
I have looked at FS Ship Yards, lots of nice (American) AI types, but a nice Type 22/23 Distroyer, or Canberra, (ship not aircraft), would be most welcome.
Canberra!! didn't that go to

Bob -
That's why you can't find one.
Look again under Frigates
and you'll find T23 model placements there.
Yep
there's certainly a dearth of UK naval vessels in the public domain.
If you're lucky
someone might popup,
offering you something from their private collection.

Pretty sure addon static scenery doesn't show in FS9 orn FSX Multi Players.

I think someone may have made Simon Swallows Invincible class carrier and escorting ships usable as scenery?
Kind regards
John
Ps I ended up using all sorts of ships

Plus I seem to remember there's an HMS Fearless/Intrepid over at the outhouse

The idea is for someone

(never volunteer), to place the scenery using something like rwy12 or EZ-Scenery object placers, then the compiled bgl files would be made available to those that would need them for any 'war' scenarios. These people having already downloaded the ship files as required.
EZ-Scenery does come with type 23 destroyer/frigate type thing, but you know being greedy!!! A Canberra, a landing craft, that type of thing
Never mind, the war will have to wait for now. As they said in 1914....It'll all be over by Christmas.
Oh, John - seen your post. Is this the 'Carrier Group' that goes to the East of the Falklands, you are taking about? I know of that thanks.
Or is their away of converting CBSF ships to FS9 scenery - I feel the answer is negative, but I'll ask anyway.

Bob, there is something at the back of my head... that if the ship is actually made as a model (even in FS9) and someone sails (flies) it in the MP session, then the others can use it too if that makes sense?
