Hi
Does anyone have a copy of "AirlinerTech Vol. 8" about the "Lockheed L-1011 Tristar" by Jim Upton, and are you willing to sell it for an affordable price? ;-)

Hi Dan,
There are two new copies on ebay from same seller, one finishes in 2 days and the other in 27 days. Search for Lockheed Tristar and then select the book results.
UKL 14.04 with free UK delivery, you could send message to seller to see how much to post to you.

And £4-45 postage to Denmark for that first one: £12-10 total.

Missed this. Yep.. I have a copy and it's not as good as you'd imagine (knowing what it is you're after)

However, if you find it cheap enough, you can see for yourself

Well Dave, do you recommend anything other then "now that you know what I'm looking for" ...

I wish I had another recommendation Dan but sadly.. nope

The Airliner Tech series are a good set of books which often give info difficult to find elsewhere. The Tristar book is no different giving detailed info on the aircrafts conception, manufacturing process, physical dimensions, cargo and seating arrangements, sales, registrations, blah blah blah but is not particularly hot in photo detail for the area you require. A quick look through shows 3 or 4 possible shots that might interest you but they're not very big and may not reproduce to a sufficiently high quality. Have you tried Airliners.net?? I'll scan the shots I have in the book for you anyway
