TA betrayal

If you agree with me that the decision to stop the training of the TA is wrong (a betrayal - trying to be diplomatic) please add your name to this petition.
I know people affected by this decision and they have been told - no pay - no more training unless they are prepared to pay for it themselves.
The savings of a supposed £20 millions pales into insignificance beside the billions these lunatics are wasting.
If the moderators feel this is too political, then please feel free to remove this post.

As a former member of the TA, I find this behaviour completely unacceptable.
Petition proudly signed.
Thanks for raising Graham.

Thanks for the HU Graham,
Obviously, using tax payers' money to maintain a TA training schedule is not as important as cleaning out an MP's moat......

As an ex-Army man of 30 years service I know how important the TA is to the Regular Army. The bunch of loons in power at the present are surely certifiable if they think this will save any money with the current requirement for the TA to provide additional expertise and support in Afghanistan.
Petition duly signed.

I will be signing the petition, however, at the risk of being political I would like to remind people the run down of the armed services both professional and [although I don't like the word ] non professional has been going on for years. Both main political parties have been at it, and both have cut, cut , cut and demanded more from the forces. Even dear old Maggie did it. I am afraid they are all as bad as each other.
