I normally draw a line the whole height of the gauge (300px) passing through the middle.

Then copy that layer and rotate it around the center however many degrees for each main tick on the scale.
Image
Repeat until all main ticks are done,
Image
merge the layers then with a circular selection set at approx 255px diameter I delete the center

Add any numbers and text

and some shading

and you're done.

Next week, Dave does quantum mechanics.

Happy new year.

Cheers. I'm sure there are easier ways, but that one works for me :)

Would any of the 100 plus people who downloaded my Alternative Flight Dynamics for the Gannet AS1 care to comment as to whether it works or not ?

Hi Rich :hello:

I must be one of those and I like the alternate version. The old girl doesn't creep and is noticeably 'calmer' under acceleration. I've kept the old one (as you do) but will be fulltime on your version ;)

Hi Andy..

He has and there is. I guess Rich wanted to make sure we were happy with this one before releasing the COD update to the masses ;)
