hmm.. Kaspersky warned me of impending death using Firefox on that link *-) However, I tweaked the nose of terror and looked anyway :lol: Kaspersky had isolated one of the bits on the page saying 'Access Denied' :)

Other than that.. nice phot even if the red is too red ;)

Was that usual or rather uncommon? I mean - it's quite a distance for a prop in 1968...

That was common........turbo props were built in various ranges and The Britannia and CL-44 had better range than the jets at the time..New York Tel Aviv in Britannias. Figuers to hand say 1,830 mi (2,945 km) with 139 pax.TCA flew some routes with about 100 pax and a longer range. :)
