Not sure what is going on, (perhaps Santa eat too many pies), but the Gannet completes at 10% of DL in both IE8 and Firefox....bloody annoying!!!! I have been trying for almost an hour.

Downloaded far too quickly for the stated size. File contained a model folder, aircraft.cfg, .AIR file and a couple of text files - that was all!

Something must have gone wrong somewhere!?

Perhaps Leif could have a look and confirm that the complete file was submitted?

Thanks,
Myles

PS - Seasons Greetings to everyone!

Ahhh was at 50% download by the time I read this! Looking forward to this one.

Hope everyone is not too bloated after yesterday's excesses!

Best,

Fraser.

Might be an idea if someone queries this over at the pond as there might be a quicker response/solution

Hi Leif

this is the traffic file in FSX format http://rickpiper.cbfsim.org/files/Traff ... dr_FSX.zip

you can't use the FS9 version in FSX as it neuters the FSX specific traffic.

just place in your FSX/Scenery/world/scenery folder

make sure you delete the _FS9 marked original of it stops all FSX traffic.

Regards
Rick

Just arrived home after 10 hours at work - and all I see is bloody complaints

Frankly all I do is publish the files given to me - I dont write them , I dont own the website - all I have done for the last four years is keep it running so people can have somewhere to find off the wall aircraft for free. Sorry if some of you feel the service ISNT adequate - I have NO problems downloading from the site even in test mode (Ie as a totally unregistered
user) everything downloads for me COMPLETE.....as to rar files this has gone on ling enough -- I am going to suggest that
all the builders at classic british files submit their efforts to here and let the admin here deal with all the problems.
As far as .rar files are concerned if you dont know how to use the latest winzip which has the capability to unpack rar files, Im sorry --- again I dont make any stipulations about the format that files are uploaded to us. Frankly while you all are enjoying your boxing day playing with toy aeroplanes on a computer , Ive been dealing with 50 real ones and a load of of annoyed ungreatful customers who paid for their product....then I come home and find the same from people who are being offered something for nothing,.....like Rick and others before me --- it strikes me as a bit naf.
