A nice selection taken a few years ago when, although well into the jet dominated era, there was still some variety in shapes and styles

Of special note is G-BFCE which was one of I think two of the TriStar 500's sold to the RAF and then leased back due to capicity shotages
The patch over the RAF fin flash is clearly seen. It was in fact used here by British Airtours.

Didn't know Dave Lee Travis had his own 748

No chance of starters off that Belslow either
Cheers mate.. some nice ones in there. Might have flown on the Manx Viscount. Wasn't a spotter at the time so I couldn't be sure

Cheers Garry. Some treasured memories in that lot.
The Hispania pig I had almost forgotten about.

I've been keeping a eye on the Radar Vituel
There was an ATP yesterday

and the occasional...very occasional MD-11 or F-100
Mostly it's Boeing, Airbus, Boeing, Airbus, Boeing, Airbus......
I loved the Hispania scheme...very bright but tasteful
They had that on the Carvelles too which they inherited from Trans Europa and took a while to repaint.
