Electronic Trade-in for money

A large electronic store chain "Radio Shack" has offered to take old Stuff for gift cards
I have a old pc with a bad HD so I thought I'd see what shiny new gizmo It would afford.
An HP (not a great start)
P4 2. ghz Processor
1 gig of ram
one broken HD....
the keyboard and mouse type was greyed so I could Not check the box to trade that in as with
I took it to mean "Thank you NO"
.17 cents ...
they will give me 23 dollars ,something for my old street pilot III howeverr.
