Yesterday I was in San Diego California and spotted this public notice while walking along the harbor/harbour. I have no idea what crimes this hardened criminal committed but I'm sure he'll get the electric skillet for them.

That's 'Tuna' McGrew, a hardened criminal...obviously curfewed and tagged, the blighter has absconded..
