I was sitting one very icy day on the EGCC-EGLL shuttle in 757 days, and whilst alcohol was being liberally sprayed on the surfaces , the Captain asked us all to pay attention to the safety briefing and read the card . "You never know" he said " this may be the day it saves your life" . It's a risky thing to do, but I think it was effective

Airline travel has always been a bit above real life and in recent years has become totally sanitised and de humanised if left unchecked

It's great to see this sort of thing bring back the human element and help making it a bit more fun :excited:

Despite the banter the message still gets through...........doesn't have to be stuffy :lol:
