Funny thing John, is that I was only reading something totally unconnected earlier (Feb 2010 article)
It was about the state of the stored Concordes and how it would be difficult to bring any back to working ground running order due to the way they have been stored.
It did mention that if a British Concorde could ever be got to run again 'AF was the only viable candidate.
I wonder what the maintenace is??
Might be proper storage treatment??
Aprt form the above which could be me putting 2+2 together and getting 5.....I have no idea

I'd have thought AB at LHR was also a contender for any 'running' duties.. especially as it never ended up in T5 as intended

I can confirm that DG is going nowhere

HI Dave
It's to do with the way the hydraulics were drained and a few other things.
I suppose give the money any could be restored....but somewhere lies reality
Whatever the reason it will be a space worth watching
