Is it possible? Yes. Would I love to see it? Yes. Do I really believe it will? Sadly no. And it takes a lot for me to say that.

Kind regards

PS But I'll never say never ;)

Hmmm

The Le Bourget one is planned for restoration to ground running but rumour promotes that to flight

The Filton one is being inspected by Airbus engineers and rumour has promoted that to flight for 21012

How much though is this story fact or just asking anyone who will say what they have heard elsewhere

The type certificate was withdrawn, it is no longer supported with spares, so it will be interesting to watch this.

personally I can't see it happening but I'd like to be wrong :)

It would certainly be a gr8 2012 if Concorde was to grace the London Olympics with a fly past, or even a drive past on a low loader up the Mall *-)

be a bit like digging up Jim Thorpe and parading his carcass up the boulevard.

Fly it or do nothing, thats my opinion anyway.

There are many cost to count getting this bird flying again.

Many planes could be saved and restored for what it's going to take
to get Concorde flying for just a few hours.

Although I doubt the parties involved with Concordes endeavor would switch gears and make a collective effort to
save the many for the sacrifce of one.
It's Plane capitalism !

Just MHO.
