Not really, they're a publisher, like Penguin or Corgi. Some stuff's good like 'The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo' and some is pure drivel like anything Dan Brown's ever written, if they think they can make money from it they'll sell it.

.. which leads again to the 'Curates Egg' analogy. I typed a lot more than this but deleted the lot
