Does Atlantic Airlines still exist

I wonder if any of you in the trade can answer this
Last year Atlantic was taken over by and merged with West Air Sweden to form West Atlantic
A token ATP was quickly painted up (G-BTPH) with West Atlantic titles but remained listed as Atlantic airlines....well perhaps the paper work has not caught up and it is common to get one quickly painted for publicity shots even if no others are to be......like BMA Diamond Viscount.
So it was no surprise to me to see one repainted at the same time as the merger.
There has been no attempt to paint the others or change the titles.....but again, perhaps that is just saving money until the next paint is due and being freight perhaps not quite so image conscious.
The call sign remains Neptune.the web site is still Atlantic Airlines
Recently they have received another ATP (G-BTPC) registered to Atlantic Airlines but in full West Atlantic livery and titles..this one bucks the theories and posed the question as to the status of the airline.
I have seen no inter working....that is no West Air ATPs on Atlantic flights, only Atlantic flavour and the now two, West Atlantic.
So it appears to me that Atlantic is carrying on as normal....but why then the two new paints??
Nothing on the net I've looked at seems to fit this exactly unless I'm missing something
In short.it sort of made sense until 'TPC was registered to Atlantic as a new acquisition but appeared as West Atlantic
As the merger plans said it would operate separately but complimentary to West Air Sweden, West Air Luxembourg and West Air Europe, I could understand it better if they wanted to keep their own identity as Atlantic on the West Air livery, or West Atlantic on the existing Atlantic scheme
