Manchester EGCC question..

Hi Chaps
I'm not sure what's made me think of this but I have so here goes
With the advent of the second runway at Manchester, I'm guessing one is used for takeoffs and the other for landings as with LHR. If this IS the case, which one is primarily the takeoff rwy (eg.. is it the 24L or R).. assuming a standard SW wind?
Should the wind back enough for opposite ends to be used, I'm guessing (again) that 06L would be for takeoff and 06R for landing. I don't have any detail on my Millennium Pooleys and I don't remember there being a taxiway for 06R so any aircraft taking off would have to track down the runway and turn at the banjo for takeoff.. altogether too time consuming
Cheers
