Hi folks,
Well, it's that time of year again and tonight is the Bridgwater carnival, the largest lit carnival in Europe.
Click the promo film link to see what it's all about

If it's not raining later I'll pop out and get some pics

Yep must be nearly xmas. I noticed on a visit to my local Tesco this week that they have a massive xmas tree stood at the entrance already

Lets hope the rain stays off for the carnival. Those teams really work hard all year to put on those amazing floats, and raise lots of money for charities.

Hey everyone - have a happy and safe Guy Fawkes night! If it is too wet for fireworks there is always the old standby

Some little scrotes just tried to fire a rocket at me when I was coming back from Tesco!
It'd a good job they legged it as my expensive crash hat would have been ruined against one of their heads...

Rain seems to have stopped play here in Berkshire. My labrador gets stressed by fireworks though she also gets stressed by rain. Some gundog

I'd pray for more rain tomorrow but the darned stuff makes its way indoors

I didn't think there that many fireworks going off by me. Normally it sounds like downtown Basra but last night was rather quiet.
Seems nobody here cares anymore and would rather spend the money on that 'orrible Yank import.
