Superior was formed by striking Southern Airways pilots in 1961 and flew between Memphis and Atlanta and Memphis and New Orleans. Despite champagne, snacks, and short, attractive stewardesses, operations ceased after about a year and a half. Snapshot taken by the author at Memphis in 1961.

Nice to see the old girl out again
A couple of things
The wrong model is used, there is one without the noddy hat and the other thing I note is the real one appears to have the bottom of the wing in perhaps the fuse colour??.... certainly not all white or grey

Yes.. every time I see a Riley Dove (they crop up in odd episodes of the Saint.. the Champions e t c) I shudder

One famously appears in the Champions fitted (eventually) with an all-singing laser gun which can be used to neutralise nuclear warheads. The mad professor in charge has ideas above his station and attempts to destroy the scientists who made it are only foiled by Miss Macready who sneaks onboard and puts positive terminals to negative supply e t c. Needless to say, when mad prof hits the 'Die' button.. the Riley Dove and all onboard are vapourised. No more fitting a way for one to go

The entire wing and fuselage were painted white (I took the snapshot). I have changed the model to model 4. Thanks for the input.

Yo Gary
I can't get my head around the aerial arrangement on model 4.. the wire itself seems to be missing the blade connector on the roof

It's the closest of the bunch though and what I'd have gone with

Are you going to publish it?
