Thanks Joe.Scanning and posting them is better than leaving them forgotten in their boxes.I am hoping that someone over the pond will be able to add some info about these aircraft.Cheers EricT

Looks like some of them (like B-29 Sentimental Journey) are now indoors.

Bristol Blenheim still outdoors though

Brilliant photos Eric, thanks for posting. the first ones of the TWA Constellation I noted that there was a fire extinguisher underneath the fusalage, would I be correct in saying that they still fire up the engines?
Regards
Nigel.

I think they just have them scattered around "just in case" more than anything. Very rarely is anything a Pima run. The runs of the Shack when it arrived were more to "clean out" the engine in preparation for preservation than actually the start of anything. I think occasionally they'll run some of them as part of a restoration, but I don't know of any organized runs or any announced runs in the last year.

Thanks for the replies guys.I looked at the website from DarrenL and for some reeason was surprised at how big a collection they have. The few hours that we were there didn't really wasn't anywhere near long enough for a thorough look.Considering that we doing a fly-drive holiday making up our own itinery as we went along,I should have cut other visits short that day and spent the time at Pima.Oh well,20 years of hindsight.ATB EricT
