This aircraft was pictured in the newspapers (well Daily Mail actually) looking rather well used. This will not matter at all to the people being brought out of Libya but has it been rescued from a scrap line or rushed out of deep maintenance.

That's how our Hercs look these days. Well used - as seen by the OSD now only being 10-11 years away.
