Err.. yes, and some of it by me It was really rough and ready for many years and the intention was (it may still be) to blank off the rear. However, the original cut wasn't level so we spent a fair bit of time and many angle grinder discs levelling it off a bit better.. to the state you see it in now. If it looks bad now (and it does) imagine how bad it looked before!

Nice to see you back again

The feeling among most of us 'responsible' for Ajax is we'd prefer to donate useable parts to Swiftsure at East Mids and see an end to her torture. Unfortunately.. those on high have different ideas.. one of which is to paint her up in BEA RS! While I've no objection to that.. I do wonder if there's enough left for RS to be obvious The RH crew door is still present but the LH side is very much Merchantman.. what's left of it anyway.

Swiftsure could certainly use that door

.. and the heat exchanger inlets too. When Swifty was moved, it rolled over and flattened the inlet on one side.
