What impresses me most it the scale of speed.

A difficult thing to achieve but he has it spot on....the effect at rotation it particularly noticeable :)

I think it forms part of the Miniatur-Wonderland in Hamburg.
I've already seen much about that on German TV, "Knuffingen" is a virtual town there, also famous for its fire brigade. ;)
"Knuffig" in German means "cute", "sweet"...
