After seeing Tonks post on Refuelling i came across an article in August 2009 Fly Past magazine, while i could not find the article from the mag on the net,i thought this may be of interest,

It's interesting stuff! There are some stunning photos from around that time of the early AAR trials... certainly stuff we wouldn't do today! LOL

Three Typhoons astern a K3/4 would be quite interesting though. Not sensible perhaps...
