I found this, following a link from here (as one does!) Very nice indeed (not too sure about the music though!)

It took a while but the sim appears to be 'Lock On - Flaming Cliffs 2'. I hope you're wiser because I'm not
Not a bad vid.. the outside sounds let it down a little as I can't recall an Adour sounding anything like that
