I grabbed this paint, because it had to be a good'un, and installed it to both my VFR and my Classic FS9s.
When I tried to select it in the Classic, I got an instant black screen and MSFS had to ring home about a problem with fe.dll (which is in the Modules folder)
Restarted FS, tried the other four before I tried the new one, they came up fine, tried the new BEA one and MSFS had to ring home again, same reason.

Got the same result in the VFR install, so I removed the texture and aircraft.cfg edits from both installs, everything was fine, put the texture back in to the Classic one and tested as above, and there was MSFS ringing home again. :dunno:
Can't see anything odd about the contents of the texture folder compared to the other textures. Don't recall anything like this before.
Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks Dave - I am just about to rejoin the workforce, which will curtail my playtime :((
So, at your convenience, and thanks for all you have done.

Eric et-al..

I've just checked the BEA repaint list down in the VA forum and the links no longer work. Assuming the paint you want is the 'Islander' scheme, leave it with me and I'll get them uploaded (or at least one of them uploaded) some time today for you ;)

Here we go boy's.. G-AFEZ

This little tinker depicts Rapide G-AFEZ wearing the final in service BEA Islander livery. I did a couple of other paints which should be available (I hope) down in the VA forum (Aircraft and Routes) which cover BEA FJ and BA.. neither of which were in service paints but are 'real' and quite pleasing to the eye. If any of those links don't work, give me a shout and I'll upload them again ;) CFG entry is included.. simply cut and paste into your aircraft.cfg changing the XX line to your next sequential number :cpu:

I'm not sure either mate. I've made FS9 versions of one of your FSX paints (ACZE) and it worked a treat. A bit of fiddling for sure but nowt drastic *-) As you say.. pc's!!

Could it have been something simple like the name of the airfile or mdl being wrong????...that's always good for a hard to spot CTD :wall: .......so a friend of mine tells me :wasntme:
