Re: JustFlight -Viscount
Looks lie it's similar to the Comet...that is has shape/propetion issues and other errors.

I like the VW bus in Lufthansa livery. The Viscount definitely is an improvement over the Constellation...which, to me anyway, had kind of an artsy-fartsy look to her.

If that's an improvement the Constellation must've been bad.

Re: JustFlight -Viscount
I expected alot more enthusiasm from this group. We haven't seen a decent Viscount since the FS2002/4 Rick Piper model. I loved that plane.
What are the specific issues you guys have with this one. Personally, I wish AH would rough their planes up a bit more. Fore me the look is too new, but that is obviously deliberate on their part
I also hope the have old SAA colours

Re: JustFlight -Viscount
It's the general shape contains errors and you are talking about a developer who had the beta testers pointing out serious errors on the Comet and they just ignored them.
Here there are issues with the nose shape and fin area
The undrcarriage is not that of an 810 and it has us usual awful textures...to clean and shine and more crtoon like..when have you ever been able to see into the front of a Dart like that??
There would not be a lot of entusiam here as we are freeware developers anyway, so only a passing interest.

Jens Kristensen has created a freeware FSX Viscount too.Erich wrote:I expected alot more enthusiasm from this group. We haven't seen a decent Viscount since the FS2002/4 Rick Piper model. I loved that plane.

Re: JustFlight -Viscount
Interior and VC looks good however exterior model looks wrong.... nose shape and cockpit "hump" all wrong not a patch on Ricks or Jens later one. I feel if your paying for it it should be right and the potential customer has the right to say..no its wrong...
