Aeroplane Monthly Vanguard profile

Its an aircraft held dearly here at CBFS, and is the subject of this month's Aeroplane Monthly aircraft profile. Also, a very good article by John Romain on flying Spitfire Mk I P9374, apparently 'the earliest configured Spitfire flown since 1940'. Yet to see her myself, but no doubt she'll be the new star at Flying Legends next year.
Anyway, a good issue of this great magazine!

Got my copy today and agree very much with what Keith said. I was a bit disappointed TBH but as you say, the rest of the mag is good

Ooops, missed that. Ah well, you know the Vanguard better than most of us, Dave...along with Peter McC of course. Loved the Spitfire article; a Mk I flying from Duxford! The photos look just like A2A's Mk I at ACG's Duxford too. Amazing !

It's amazing how Vickers Supermarine managed to match A2A's Spit all those years ago.
