I keep getting logged out

If I close down my browser I get logged out. Even though I have ticked "keep me logged in". Plus I had to clear cookies for this site earlier as it wouldn't even let me log in at all.
Firefox/Waterfox 8.0.1
Microshaft Interhate Explorer no issues and no problems on mobile.
Any ideas or anyone else experiencing the same feature?

Same here, Darren. I tick the box that says keep me logged in, but when I come back, I have to log in again manually. I'm using Firefox, btw. And yes, I too had to clear my cookie cache earlier today for exactly the same reason.

No problems for me using Firefox 10.0.2. I did have some issues when they changed servers but that was to be expected. Once I logged in again it kept me logged in.

A nightmare always getting logged out after logging in hopefully over now on FireFox.

I'm on Firefox 10.0.2 too, but the problem persists. Garry, I couldn't log on at all till I ran CCleaner to delete cookies, but now, although I can log on, it wont log me on automatically any more. I have to log on each time I visit the site. I think the same applies to Darren.

Have you perhaps got it set so that you only keep the cookies etc for the entries in your favourites?
Whatevere it is, it sounds like there could be some setting that is referring to the old cbfsim.org instead of the new cbfsim.co.uk
So if you can find anything that still uses cbfsim.org then change it and fingers crossed it will all be ok then.
Any favourite links you have to cbfsim.org will redirect to cbfsim.co.uk without you noticing, but to the browser it's a different site.

Change your target to cbfsim.co.uk.I had the same problem yesterday.

This is what I have in the URL line cbfsim.org/cbfs_bb or at least part of it and I have things working ok in FireFox and lousy IE8, I log in ok without it logging me out or having to log in everytime so this is how it will stay untill there is a problem.
For 2 days I was getting the 404 Page not found on this server

I think this is why it's always recommended to go in to the forum via the front page, rather than go direct to the forum. (ain't no law against it
