Probably pointless because the commentary is in BeebSpeak and there's no sub titles  8)

I'm sure I've seen that film before, enjoyed it still, particularly as it was RAF Watton. Not much of the place left now, apart from the married quarters that have been sold off. Odd that one of the commentators is called Dimmock, as one of my best friends at Watton was Richard Dimmock. We used to play inside two Avro Lincolns lying at the fire training dump, along with a Hastings. You could sneak under the fence dead easy, and nobody worried even if you were spotted.

What a coincidence - I was looking for a similar program that was live on TV in the late fifties early sixties at RAF Cranwell. It was before June 1962 as we moved to RAF Khormaksar in Aden then.

We lived there at the time and were watching TV and going outside to see them fly over at the same time. I was about 12 / 13 at the time and found it very exciting.
I'm sure there was an Argosy or Beverley being used as a camera ship and the aircraft flying behind and then peeling off to the side.

Anyway thanks for posting as it brought back some more memories. :)

Regards

John
