And I won!

I was ticketed for parking in a permit only parking spot at a condo in Palm Beach.
Now, I have a pass to park but it's kept in the condo so others have access to it. Well by the time I got back outside they'd finnaly got me. Eight years I've been under the threat of getting a ticket. And for eight years I'd beat them back to my vehicle before they could write the ticket.. So, Not about to give into this extortion I took it to court, told the judge what I'd been going through for eight years and the judge dismissed the case!


Funny thing happened in the courthouse I have to share.

I was looking for the courtroom and I noticed a woman sitting on a bench and asked her if she was familiar with the room I was looking for and she gave me the help I needed. For a second I thought about striking up a coversation with her but time was short so I just smiled and went on my way.
I went into the courtroom, found a place to sit and started to prepare myself. After a few minutes I looked up.... and guess what.
The woman, the one I asked directions from, the one I thought about striking up a conversation with?

WAS the judge!!!
I was holy crap I almost flirted with my judge! ggggggggggggulp

Yeah, who'd have guessed? First thing, she wasn't wearing a ring, which doesn't always quailify the situation these days. And second, I know "you never know who your going to bump into". So ya have to be smart about things.
Who knows, maybe our paths will cross again. which wouldn't be a bad thing. I reckon since I was interested in talking with her judgeship be for I knew she was one. My motives would be ... Honorable?

The reality of it................ fat chance.
