Its all gone very quiet since the announcement. Please don't tell me it was just crates of NAAFI tea. :worried:

IIRC it briefly re-appeared in the press a week or two ago. It wasn't really news, just another few sound bytes to drum up interest again, how there may be more, etc etc...

It's starting to look like the resurrection of an urban myth. It seems that there's a similar, older, story about a load of Spitfires buried in Queensland :doh:

Hopefully that's a co-incidence but I wouldn't invest your pension in a Spitfire recovery Company just yet!

Wrong again! My cynicism was thankfully without foundation! :lol:

It looks like they really are there and could be coming home soon. Up to 60 of them! Fantastic!
