Methinks Nigel has enough on his plate at the moment, and will not be up to me unloading my problems on him.

Had a call from the hospital yesterday morning - forget 15.00, could you possibly come at 08.30? Some right jokers up at that place. Still sooner there - sooner done and back home again. Just hope they have not been at the malt, I prefer they all have clear heads before they start delving into my bladder.
