hi i have some co-located vertices on my model i am working with FSDS v3 can anyone tell me how to delete them i have tried to see them in Poly mode but i have no idea where they are even tho i have the locations from the error report after compling. The coordinates dont make much sence as they look to be outside where i was building the part

I generally just ignore them.

I don't use FSDS but in GMAX that can relate to vertices located at the same positions (in X, Y and Z) but not welded together. This can be caused by mirroring parts and then not welding the seam line or can be a result of a boolean cut (or a bunch of other reasons too numerous to mention!

).
In GMAX the fix is usually to select all the vertices in the part and then apply a weld parameter with a distance limit of say 0.01" (0.000254 metres). This welds all the vertices that are within the specified distance and leaves the rest untouched.

Thanks i wish FSDS had the tools Gmax does nevermind, i will probably just have to ignore them then

If two vertices are close together you'll get that error but it's not nececarily a problem
