Rural Farmer

A rural farmer was out in the field tending his crop when he suddenly needed to relieve himself
As always, he just walked behind a suitable bush and was almost finished when a bee stung him on the end of his manhood
which very quickly swelled up to enormous proportions. 
In agony, his wife rushed him off the the doctor who told them that was the biggest swelling he'd ever seen, but not to worry he'd prescribe some pain relief and something to get rid of the swelling.
Just then the wife interrupts, "We are just poor rural farmers and have little money for medicines, can you just prescribe the pain relief?"
