Aye...Sadly though, he makes excellent models, but does not perform miracles

You're right of course. I think the best thing to do would be to get the air rifle out and end it's misery! Now there's a thought.. I've a couple of air pistols I could try too.. a nice .22 Webley and a .177 Crossman, neither of which I've ever fired

In case of questions, I'll claim we were burgled and the VC10 was the only thing taken. I won't mention the fiver the thieves left in it's place

So they'd be looking for some kind of deluded maniac eh???
Good idea...if you happen to have a thermonuclear device handy that would be even better
Anyhow...thanks for reminding me of it Dave. The therapist had discharged me and I was beginning to recover after coming to term with the horror of the image.
Now, sadly, I'll will need more sessions.
Some things are best forgotten

What a lovely model.
The level of detail is astonishing.
Cheers for that Garry.

Deja vu. Number 37 Routemaster used to run 1/2 mile from where I lived as a youngster but not as new as that model (E reg=1967). Think 37 route still exists but not as a Routemaster. Don't think I ever caught it since it was quicker to walk the mile to Hounslow Bus Station (the destination on that model).
Feel 16 again
Edit: I don't recall RML's on the route.

Thanks for posting that Garry, i am thinking of buying it to give me something else to do for a change in the winter, i have not built a model for at least 15yrs or more i was Flabber on my Garsted to see the price of the paints nowadays
I went into a model shop today and the small Humbrol paint tin was £1.70 each!! i think the last one i bought was about 80p!
By the time i paint the bus it would not be far off what the kit cost!!
Oh well sign of the times! Great looking model all the same.
Cheers,
Roger.
