It looks like the coconut isn't included. How can you get one if all the swallows have migrated?

Well a couple of times a week i have a Bounty,

I sit and close my eyes while i'm eating them and drift off to that Island with white sand, a soft warm breeze, a brown and mild in my glass and then!!!------ the wife says "you going to wash up or just sit there"
