The last king of England to die in battle, has been found.

Ever since the skeleton was uncovered late last year in the location recorded by a contemporary chronicler, and found to have both scoliosis and wounds to the skull, its almost been a forgone conclusion, but now its been confirmed by extensive DNA testing. This is an increasingly rare great moment in English history, so congratulations to all involved at Leicester University

RIP Richard Plantagenet.

Apparently they can confirm it's him because they know from historic documents he parked his car there and then killed just after burying several crates of Spitfires 8)

Hi Paul K

I've been reading about this over the pass few days, and I find the whole thing very interesting.

Imagine all the people who'd been walking over their former King. I read that bricks from a foundation
were inches from his remains.

It'll be interesting to see how they sort out the details of the actual events during his time as King.

Some say Sheakespeare may have taken a little more than artistic freedom to portray him.

I found a Plant agent up the road, and bought some grape vines from him.

Heard on the radio that some bad press was doled out by the following Tudor line, yes, and the bit about Billy Wagglesword.

There has been a building interest over the years to try and get the history of Richard the third re written.

All we have is based on contemporary gossip and artistic license.

It's easy to portray him as a sneaky plotter of conspiracy to achieve his own ends, but that how it was in those days, they were all at it.
