Thanks for giving it another go Peter. It looks vastly improved without 2 sceneries installed
One thing I've noticed with these airfields (shots I've seen of them) is the amount of livestock close by.. lots of cows and horses. Makes a change from UK2K sheep I suppose

Yes Dave...Also this livestock moves around in a very realistic manner...I do admire the animations

As usual, wonderful pictures Peter though if I were you keep some space between yourself and those to characters by the fence in the first photo.....look a bit shady to me!!!

Nigel.

That looks very nice indeed, Peter. You've got quite a collection of airfields in the UK now! This must be getting in the way of your New Zealand tour - when will you have time for a UK tour? What with Queenstown and Auckland International coming up and Southern Alaska and Juneau - you'll be clocking up millions of airmiles just trying to keep abreast!
Lovely shots of Old Warden. I was a bit tempted for a while but managed to resist!

Thank you Ian,
Yes, things keep cropping up to keep me away from my NZ Tour...Naturally I will get the NZ airports as they are released but like you I am keenly awaiting SAK and fitting the McLeland Field complex into it. Keeping ORBX stuff updated seems to be a full time job but I'm wondering if all hell is going to break out when P3D Version 2.0 is released! I am keeping all my P3D installers on an external drive and hope that they all go into P3D V2 without problems

Like you, I'm not even thinking about what P3D v2.0 might entail. I'm not too concerned about scenery as there have been hints on the ORBX forum that they are still working closely with Lockheed Martin and are confident about the future. If v2.0 looks OK then I'll start again and download fresh copies of the scenery to install directly into P3D. After all, we have a download limit of 100 copies and they have all been updated with dual installers and the latest patches. There doesn't seem much point in saving the old installers. I'm more concerned about my Captain Sim jets which I've installed using the Estonian migrator tool. I'd be lost without those but there are always options. I'm sure the installer would quickly be updated to work. We'll see. The worst that could happen is to remain with v1.4 and there's very little to complain about with that! I'm very happy indeed with my Flight Sim performance at the moment. I'm having more fun than I've ever had before (on a computer, anyway

Thanks Ben...Yes, I agree she does look very fetching in that get up. If she had been all blue as the name of the file suggested then I would not have changed, but the thumbnail looked interesting so I gave her a whirl! I'm very taken with her and find her very suitable for flying in intensive scenery
